Fulfilment of the information obligation towards the data subjects whose personal data is processed

     In accordance with the requirements of Articles 13 and 14 of GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC) Cromo-Stal Ltd. informs that it processes personal data and acts as the Data Controller thereof, based on Article 6(1) of the GDPR. Individuals whose personal data are processed by Cromo-Stal Ltd. They have the right to access the content of their data and to request its correction, supplementation, rectification, transfer, erasure or restriction of processing, and also have the right to object to its processing. This right can be exercised at the company's registered office. Cromo-Stal Ltd.  in Katowice, 19 Pod Młynem Street between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm.

Cromo-Stal Ltd. it does not process personal data automatically and does not profile this data.

Cromo-Stal Ltd. informs about the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Below, we provide detailed information for service providers and customers (potential customers):

Suppliers of goods and services

Your personal data is processed within our company for purposes relating to:

  • With the correct execution of the agreement – data are processed to the extent of the concluded agreement on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) of GDPR;
  • fulfilment of obligations arising from legal provisions (tax settlement, accounting) – data are processed on;
  • potential debt collection and legal support - data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

The data has been obtained:

  • directly from you in connection with a previously specified activity, e.g.: sending an offer;
  • or from a manager at the company where you work – this person has designated you as the person responsible for liaising with us;
  • or from data made available on public websites, in telephone directories, or in public registers.

Data will be processed for 6 years from the last contact or until an objection to processing or a request for deletion is received. If an objection is received, data may continue to be processed, but solely until the expiry of claims arising from improper performance of the contract (if a contract was concluded) or until the expiry of the obligation to store them under the law, in particular the obligation to store accounting documents.

The recipients of the data may only be persons authorised to process the data and public authorities entitled on the basis of law.

Data may be passed to IT service providers who process personal data on behalf of the controller.

Your personal data is processed within our company for purposes relating to:

  • in connection with business cooperation and communication – based on art. 6(1)(f) GDPR;
  • fulfilment of obligations arising from legal provisions (tax settlement, accounting) – data are processed on;
  • correct performance of the contract – data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR
  • potential debt collection and legal support – data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR

The data has been obtained:

  • directly from you in connection with a previously specified activity, e.g.: sending an enquiry or making a phone call regarding an offer;
  • or from the person managing the company where you work – this person has indicated you as the person responsible for contacting us or as a person participating in the service we are providing.;
  • or from data made available on public websites, in telephone directories, or in public registers.

Data will be processed for 6 years from the last contact or until an objection to processing or a request for deletion is received. If an objection is received, data may continue to be processed, but solely until the expiry of claims arising from improper performance of the contract (if a contract was concluded) or until the expiry of the obligation to store them under the law, in particular the obligation to store accounting documents.
